This review is for the dunkin donuts on Inman ave Edison n. J ZERO STARSI wrote a few reviews on their page but I wanted to share it with sitejabber. This has happened many times but I did not comment until I could not take it anymore. This is before and after face masks and gloves where mandatory for workers The girl who takes your dirty money with gloves on also makes your coffee with the same dirty gloves on I find this very unsanitary and unhygienic this has happened many times over my visits.the last time I was ever there I did ask the girl to please give me another cup that she did not touch with the same dirty money gloves on. She threw off her gloves and made me a cup with new gloves on. She was very angry and loud with me pointing that out. Needless to say the first cup she touched for me with dirty money gloves on was put back for the next customer. Needless to say I don't go there anymore. Please read my reviews on that dunkin I am under biddogs there is another cleaner dunkin just about a mile away. Thanks
My friend had a stroke recently, so we go to the Woburn recovery centre for treatment two or three days a week. Before or after her medication, we normally stop at the Four Corners Dunkin Donuts at 188 Cambridge Street for breakfast. In the morning, the shift leader, Michele, is an extremely compassionate individual. She knows all of her clients, treats them (and the other employees) as family and takes care of everybody there personally. I really can't tell you more about her. She is so loving and sweet and for what she does she deserves special praise. When you leave this shop, you leave with a smile, thanks to her, on your face.

It is amazing how bad dunkins is! Their iced tea is good, but they get it wrong almost every time! Oh, and yeah, $2.55 for a medium iced tea is a tad high. I'm done with them.
I recently purchased some food using my app. When I arrived no more than 5 minutes later everything was ready and a girl was so nice she offered me to even have a cup with ice so that I could put my soda in. I have never been asked that before Great job Aubrey!
Me and my mom go to that one dnd every morning and one morning I got snakin bacon and it was raw so we asked them to remake it and he did not do it so we got are money back and left this was at the dnd on tusk
Love ur pizza. And i am a dog. Meow. Thank you little ceasers for ur cheesey crust. Love the hotdogs.
Ordered the grilled cheese sandwich. It was the worst tasting grilled cheese I have ever had.
First, the bread was not toasted or grilled. There were two slices of cheese in between two slices of bread that were microwaved!
The bread was soft and soggy. Two slices of thinly sliced cheese? Really!
I had to throw it away!
Very very disappointing!
Dunkin donuts on Collier bl Naples, Florida, March 17, 2021. I went in and purchased an ice coffee WITH my small certified Service dog, and went to the outside seating area. Went inside to use the restroom. As soon as I
opened the door, Manager, "Roj", SCREAMED AT ME, "GET THAT DOG OUT OF HERE"!!! I told him,he was a Service Dog. He continued to YELL AND SCREAM AT ME!! I did go into the restroom. Asked his name 5 times before he finally told me. I told him he needed to read the LAWS CONCERNING
THZ SERVICE DOGS: THE U.S. JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE ADA, AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT. Then
left. I reported this to Headquarters Office. NO RESPONSE!!!BI CAN FILE CHARGES FOR ELDERLY ABUSE. AND UNLAWFUL ACTIONS REGARDING LAWS PROTECTING SERVICE DOGS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. I BELIEVE THIS WILL BE A FELONY CHARGE.
The dunkin donuts on west street in southington near Residence Inn is good. The young lady I believe her name is Gina, what a sweet child, so helpful and courteous, she didn't rush me, like the boy joey did. They should have more employees like Gina. Thank you.
I just left Dunkin Donuts at 1231 S. Wabash in Chicago. The young lady rang up my order and asked the young man to make my sandwich. At the time, he was mopping. He put the mop down, put on a glove on one hand only, and proceeded to prepare my sandwich. I said to him "excuse me sir, you just put a mop down, can you please wash your hands?" He said to me "you're absolutely right mam, took off the glove, threw it away, put on another glove and again, proceeded to prepare my food. I said "excuse me, you didn't wash your hands." He says "I switched gloves." At this point, I should've just left and spent money elsewhere, but I was starving, so I said "you have to wash your hands before handling food, especially after using a mop." He stomped off, apparently upset, went to the sink, came back and put on one glove again and prepared my sandwich. He handed me my bag in a not so nice way and didn't even thank me for my patronage. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime with them. We're currently living in a pandemic and even if we weren't, anyone in the food handling industry knows that you wash your hands after mopping, and before preparing food. Horrible service.
Placed an order on the go for a coffee, hash brown , and sweet black pepper bacon wrap @8:09. Got coffee and they asked me to pull forward, ok ....... 6+ cars after me got their orders and food as I Waited till 8:25 ,and then it wasn't even the correct food. Got a cold dry veggie wrap and hard cold hash browns. Get your act together
Comfort food. I can always count on Dunkin donuts to life my spirits. Their the best donuts on the planet and you don't have to go far to find them. I love that almost anywhere I go I can get a chocolate old fashioned and blonde and sweet coffee. Reliable, delicious!
Way too expensive for crappy products.
I have been going to Dunkin' Donuts for years and I have found since going there first of all their products are poorly made. I will clarify the statement I always get a green ice tea and it's very very weak it doesn't make a difference what Dunkin' Donuts to go to is very weak. Also they are way over priced for their products. For an ice tea I pay between 227 to 262 for one large iced tea which is way overpriced for garbage. I can go to a Cumberland Farms anywhere in New England and only pay $. 99 plus tax for ice tea. With the tea is me much better than Dunkin' Donuts is. Also if you get any of their pastries they are also very crappy and very small but the amount of money they're asking for them. They are way overpriced also. Cumberland Farms is much cheaper. Honey dew donuts might be more expensive but they have a pet a coffee and also pedal pastries for the amount of money you're standing and it worth it. Dunkin' Donuts is a rip off as far as I'm concerned all they're interested in doing is stealing money from the public by making crappy products. I remember as a kid you used to see them making donuts at the donut shop. Today everything is so small it's a factory and it's all about money not about the customer. Some franchises I go to don't even let the employees get tips which is ridiculous. As far as I'm concerned Dunkin' Donuts stinks.
